PupperLux Refund & Return Policy
At PupperLux, we’re dedicated to making car rides cleaner, safer, and stress-free for both you and your pup. We stand behind the quality of our products and encourage you to give them a fair try for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you’re still not satisfied, you’re covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee.
To request a return or refund, email us at PupperLux@protonmail.com with your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be in processing and cannot be changed. If you cancel within 24 hours, we’ll issue a full refund within 7 business days.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
Try your PupperLux product for at least 14 days to experience its full benefits. If you're still not happy, you can return the item within 60 days of purchase. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged (not just the packaging), contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at PupperLux@protonmail.com with clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we’ll send a free replacement.
Note: Normal wear and tear, misuse, or minor packaging damage do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to ensure fast delivery, but we can't control delays caused by couriers, customs, or weather. For shipping issues, please contact the carrier first. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they’ve left our facility.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It’s your responsibility to enter the correct address at checkout. If the address is wrong and we’re not notified within 24 hours, we cannot resend or refund the order.
