At PupperLux, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders, no matter where you’re located. We're here to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible—from checkout to delivery.
🔄 Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, it’s considered dispatched and officially on the way.
Please note: During peak periods and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
🌍 Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery time depends on your location and begins once your order has been shipped. Here are the estimated transit times by region:

Delays caused by customs or carrier issues may occur and are unfortunately outside of our control.
✏️ Address Accuracy & Order Changes
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout! Incomplete or incorrect addresses can cause delays or cancellations.
If you notice a mistake, contact us at PupperLux@protonmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to correct it, but changes may not be possible after processing has begun.
If we detect a potential issue with your shipping info, we’ll contact you within 3 business days to confirm. If we don’t hear back, your order may be cancelled.
🚛 Delayed Delivery
While we always aim for fast delivery, sometimes delays happen due to:

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, reach out to us at PupperLux@protonmail.com. While these cases are rare, we’re here to help.
We recommend also contacting your courier directly to file a claim. We'll assist in following up and, depending on the situation, may offer a replacement.
PupperLux is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is marked complete, but we’ll do everything we can to support you through the resolution process.
